Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your callsign, how you sign in (email and password, or the link to your Apple or Google account), your rating and place on the ladder, your statistics and your friends list. It can't be undone: if you play again, you start a new account from scratch. Copies may remain in our nightly backups for up to 14 days. See the privacy policy for details.
In the game
Works for every account, however you sign in.
- Open Command Base Assault and sign in.
- Tap Settings at the top of the main menu.
- Under Account, tap Delete account, then Delete for good.
Can't open the game?
If you no longer have the game, write to support@playcommandbase.com with your callsign and how you signed in (email, Apple or Google), from the email on your account if it has one. We'll confirm it's your account and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop using Apple sign-in for the game in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple.
